I recently had an exceptional experience at the SAS Airlines New York Office which truly stood out for its professionalism and warmth. The staff cheerfully welcomed me and offered to help with any questions I had as soon as I walked in. The friendly environment caught my attention right away and seemed both effective and laid back. With lots of seating and an easy-to-follow layout, the office itself was sleek and contemporary. In addition to helping me with my reservation, the customer care representative I spoke with most frequently gave me helpful advice for my next trip, such as where to eat close to the airport and how to get about the area.
